The annual support contract is a fixed annual plan tailored for your organisation's individual needs and providing strategic IT consultancy and advice as well as comprehensive proactive maintenance and support coverage for servers, client PCs and laptops, peripherals and network equipment. Please contact us if you would like a quotation for annual comprehensive coverage.
The monthly support contract consists of a fixed monthly base price with a list of bundled services, and all other maintenance and support hours calculated and charged monthly.
The following services are provided for the fixed monthly base price without any hourly support cost:
Choose a package of prepaid discounted contract support hours (starting from just 5 hours). All maintenance and support work is tracked using ticketing system and calculated on an hourly basis. You will receive a monthly statement issued itemising support time usage and showing your current balance. Unused hours do not expire, and when your balance approaches zero, the chosen package will be automatically renewed and invoiced to ensure contract benefits continue.
It is also possible to purchase support on an ad hoc basis at our full hourly support rate, but without the benefits that contract clients enjoy.
